How to avoid:

By eating organic you can mostly avoid ingesting glyphosate directly, although it is found in breast milk and urine and therefore shows up in drinking water, so best to drink bottled mineral water. Be aware that it is used in the growth of animal feed, and so easily ingested second hand when eating meat too.

Countries that have banned glyphosate:

According to Google there are at least 26 countries that have banned Monsanto including, Switzerland, Australia, Austria, China, India, France, Germany, Hungary, Holland, Luxembourg, Greece, Bulgaria, Poland, Italy, Mexico and Russia.
