Ingredients:
3/4 cup of refined cocunut oil
1/4 cup of non sweetened soya milk
1/8 cup of light cooking oil, sunflower is perfect
1 teaspoon of slaughter free egg-yolk*
1/4 or 1/2 teaspoon of salt, depending on your taste
How to make:
Blend all ingredients together until well combined,
then pour into a container and set for a half an hour
in the freezer then move to the fridge until sufficiently
hardened.
*Slaughter free eggs can be bought from The Jewish Vegetarian Society
